The Visa Direct (VD) Europe team at Visa works on designing, managing, and optimizing products and solutions for moving money using Visa's networks e.g. Visa Direct, Currency Cloud and B2B Connect. These products and services are typically aimed at commercial entities, including corporations, small and medium businesses, governments, and other organizations, but also support P2P transfers and C2B spend on multi-currency accounts. VD spans across different dimensions of money movement including cross-border transactions, disbursements, money transfers, and more. The Manager, Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement is a strategic role responsible for helping to shape and implement the strategic vision for Visa Direct money movement solutions across Europe, aligning with global and local strategies and teams, and addressing the unique needs of the European market. The candidate should have a understanding of the payment industry, strategic acumen, and experience in GTM strategies and Sales Enablement to put the ‘Power of Money Movement in the Hands of our teams’.
Core Duties:
Strategic Direction: Develop and drive the strategy for Europe Money Movement Solutions, ensuring alignment with global goals and regional market demands.
GTM Design & Implementation: Lead the design and execution of GTM plans, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.
Sales Enablement: Develop and localise the Money Movement sales enablement tools and materials (including holding regional training sessions where appropriate) to enhance and advance our sales specialists and AEs skills to identify and close opportunities at pace and achieve +40% growth rates.
Market Insight and Competitive Awareness: Conduct market research and analysis, monitor competitors, and use data-driven insights for strategic decisions and thought leadership articles to drive awareness and demand.
Client and Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events.
Leadership and Team Growth: Mentor and develop a high-performing GTM team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Lead and Manage Through Others: Develop and maintain deep working relationships and partnerships with the global and regional teams to ensure our MMS is leveraging all available materials and resources effectively.
Partnership with Cluster Teams: Collaborate closely with the cluster MMS Revenue and Growth teams and cluster Business Development teams to evolve the MMS GTM and Sales Enablement capabilities, ensuring strategies are well-integrated and executed across all regions.
Financial Oversight and Performance Tracking: Contribute to the management of the P&L, KPIs, and identifying risks to strategy and GTM plans.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Professional Qualifications and Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in strategy development, go-to-market execution, and leadership roles within the financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.
• Demonstrable success in leading complex, multi-country go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the European payments’ ecosystem, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and build consensus at the executive level, both internally and externally.
• Skilled in managing large, geographically diverse teams, emphasising performance enhancement, development, and inclusivity.

• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.
