Role Overview: 

As the Manager, Franchise & Strategic Partnerships, you excel in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and establishing business partnerships both internally and externally. You possess exceptional communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Your natural curiosity drives you to proactively engage with business partners, and you are confident in voicing your insights. You are self-motivated, driven, and have the ability to take initiative. You coach and develop the careers of your direct reports, helping them hone their skills and achieve their professional goals. You exhibit outstanding organizational skills and efficiency in your work processes, allowing you to comprehend customer needs and facilitate long-term partnership growth and support.

What you do each day: 

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of account managers to grow relationships with strategic partners and franchises
  • Develop, document, and iterate on strategies to expand our base of Business Development Pros 
  • Manage high-priority projects aligned with team and company goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support needs for targeted outcomes
  • Outline and operationalize effective processes, ensuring disciplined execution across the team
  • Become the expert on Business Development and streamline new product rollouts to BD customers
  • Continuously refine processes to improve team efficiency and better support Pro growth
  • Build business strategies by conducting platform analysis and identifying opportunities and risks
  • Drive business case development, strategy, and execution as new products enter the market
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategies and aligning with key stakeholders for product delivery

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, customer success, or account management preferred
  • 1+ year in a people leadership role with direct responsibility for rep and team KPIs
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack)
  • Previous customer success or partnership management experience is a plus

  • Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, and/or cleaning service industries 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to inspire a team to deliver their highest levels of performance

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $74,000-$92,700 base with bonus opportunity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
