As Senior Manager - FP&A, you’ll be one among the 50+ professionals working in domains such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management and Taxation. The team consists of Chartered Accountants, Business experts and Engineers, who have previously worked for internationally renowned organisations.

About the Role
As Senior Manager - FP&A, you’ll strategise with the business team and tell us how and where to spend our money.
You’ll also manage business development activities according to a financial plan. You’ll modify financial plans and budget amounts based on the changes in business plans. You’ll also provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals and short/medium/long term strategies.
What you will do
- Develop and analyze financial models to support company level plans, strategic initiatives, capital allocation.
- Own Yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly forecasting at company level.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts/budgets, providing insights into drivers of financial performance.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, preparing relevant financial reports.
- Driving weekly and monthly management review by setting up process and coordinating across business functions for Key financial and operational KPIs.
- Assist in preparing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Support the preparation investor presentations, board packs etc.
- Collaborate with the Public relations and controllership team to create press releases, shareholder updates, and financial disclosures.
- Assist in responding to investor inquiries with accurate and timely information. Conduct research on investor and analyst expectations, industry trends, and market sentiment to provide insights for leadership.
- Benchmark peer companies’ financial performance and investor communication practices to identify best practices and strategic opportunities.
- Working closely with controllership, compliance, legal and public relationship team towards IPO preparation
What you will need
- Certification as a Chartered Accountant or a Master’s degree in Finance
- 5 to 7 years of overall experience in Finance - minimum 5 years of experience in business finance or FP&A
- Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders
