Who We Are
The FP&A team is a cross-functional partner that supports HopSkipDrive’s growth and innovation. It's a highly impactful team that focuses on financial planning, reporting, KPI management, and running analytics to drive operational impact. This is an exciting opportunity to learn in a fast-paced environment and own high-priority projects. We do, and you will, run essential elements of HopSkipDrive’s financial process, including building and maintaining the annual plan and ongoing rolling forecasts.
Who You Are
HopSkipDrive is seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join the FP&A team. As FP&A Manager you will own forecasting, financial reporting, and developing financial models and analysis to drive business insights and decision-making. You will work with teams across the company to create and maintain plans, manage budgets and measure the impact of business decisions. The role requires superior analytical and presentation skills, as well as an outstanding ability to collaborate across a diverse range of stakeholders. HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $115,000 - $135,000. This position is hybrid position based in LA. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
