Objectives of This Role:
The client finance team is responsible for accurate and timely management of clients’ finances across all Fingerpaint entities across the globe. The role serves as a finance liaison between business units and clients and is a key member of the finance team to find solutions to business challenges, drive change, and deliver efficiencies. Specific duties include managing the order-to-cash process—understanding master service agreements, reviewing scopes of work, invoicing clients within terms, helping the teams manage projects on a daily basis, and forecasting the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise one or more direct reports
· Lead client financial management process, including internal and external client reporting and analysis, client invoicing, and financial review meetings
· Business partner to client services, project management & operations leads for your respective book of business
· Coordinate the monthly forecasting process, working in collaboration with finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure planning is delivered on time and reflects a balanced view of the businesses outlook
· Play a key role in revenue recognition and work in progress review
· Oversee and work to resolve work in progress and AR issues
· Create monthly reports to be presented to management
· Assist with preparation of internal monthly actuals reporting timely and provide insights on impact to future performance
· Assist in developing new reporting formats and analytical tools to drive improved financial insight and performance
· Assist in developing processes and procedures to drive financial excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
· Accounting or finance degree preferred
· 3 to 5 years of experience, 1+ in a management role
· High profiency in Excel and comfort with complex formulas
· Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management and staff
· Experience in a billable hour environment a plus
