Manager-Finance Change and Process Architecture

Accountable for defining and documenting the process implications of a change in target operating model; which is being delivered by a finance transformation
- Accountable for structuring and leading process workshops whose objectives are to understand and document as-is processes as well as proposed to-be processes
- Accountable for planning out the process related project/programme activities for a particular finance transformation programme / project and feeding these into the overall programme plan
- Accountable for handing off process documentation and inherent business requirements to Technology Product teams
- Accountable for embedding any Finance Change driven process changes into the target organisation and to ensuring process governance is handed over to the relevant BAU process owners
- Accountable for ensuring the to-be processes are documented to the Tesco standard within the ARIS process architecture tool
 

- Proficient with process mapping tools and techniques in ARIS
- Able to quickly understand as-is process and identify pain points
- Ability to define to-be processes preferably from previous Finance experience and
- Ability to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders
- Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
- Flexibility; ability to plan and organise; responsiveness; creativity; self-starter
- Able to build solid working relationships with peers and senior leadership
- Ability to demonstrate strong written; verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation
- The successful candidate will have a tenacious can-do; will-do mentality
- The candidate should be curious and be able to self-learn
- Experience in Finance processes
- Experience in using Collaborations tools such as MIRO
