Manager, Finance & Administration

Finance


  • Act as liaison between Corporate accounting group and the local accounting firm on outsourced accounting functions, including accounting/monthly close, payroll, taxes, etc.,
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting, including Budget preparation, revenue forecasting, cost analysis, etc.,
  • Perform day-to-day management of local treasury functions – cash management, cash forecasting AP processing, credit card administration, etc.
  • Oversee Billing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Coordinate requirements for compliance, including annual external audit, JSOX compliance and internal audit as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Pixelogic’s global business processes in areas administration and financial management. 
  • Provide project management on facility buildout / construction.  

 

HR/Administration

  • Update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulation changes; maintain employee handbook to ensure it’s up to date and compliant with local HR firm and Corporate HR.
  • Monitor and project staffing needs and work with recruiting resources to fill open roles. 
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide wide range of office management and support to Pixelogic Korea, including facilities, travel, etc.,
  • Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments. 
  • Support Pixelogic visitors with accommodation and other related duties. 
  • Oversee special company tasks and events. 

Requirements

  • Korean/English bilingual. 
  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • A positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done. 
  • Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence. 
  • Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box. 
  • Must be residing in South Korea
