Responsibilities
- As a development/technical manager, you will lead all aspects of software product development such as planning, helping adopt best design/architecture, execution of sprints and end-to-end delivery of product features
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed project plans and schedules, manage the day-to-day activities of the development team by defining, implementing, and maintaining a coherent, progressive development strategy for the product line
- Influence the product roadmap to ensure it incorporates necessary technical investments and considers longer-term architectural goals
- Responsible for the over-all systems development life cycle within an Agile-SCRUM development process
- Delivery of quality applications on-time and on-budget
- Continue to build an effective development organization by driving the recruiting and hiring of new developers, developing, and managing the group, and conducting performance reviews of team members
- Create and execute appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies, and processes for development activities in concert with business and project management efforts
- Develop and execute unit testing strategies and processes
- Drive and manage the bug triage process, represent the development team in project meetings to ensure efficient testing and bug fixing process, and be an effective advocate for the development group
- Prepares reports on the various agile metrics and present to Directors and Senior leadership on team/release performance

- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years as technical manager in designing and implementing desktop and web applications in C#.NET, WPF, SQL and VueJS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a reputed college; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience leading engineering teams using the SCRUM development framework
- Previously demonstrated project management success with ERP integration application development
- Strong technical background with a knowledge of Cloud Native, SOA, and Microservices
- Good knowledge of best practices and tooling for CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, agile methods, automated testing, and code quality
- Extreme understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle’s best-practices and processes
- Strong experience with modern application development workflows and version control systems like GitHub, Gitlab, or Bitbucket
