We are looking for a team lead for our Digital Marketing & Channels team based in our headquarters in Munich. You will be part of a young and agile team developing and maintaining all digital channels and marketing activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous advancement of all digital user journeys and user experiences throughout our digital marketing channels. Together with your team you support the entire digital user journeys from paid campaigns and e-mail marketing to our digital platforms and their lead conversions mechanisms.
You will continuously strive for a great and more connected digital user journey throughout all our touchpoints pushing for the best user experience while incorporating learnings and insights into your decision making.
Together with your team you will manage our digital solution partners for continuous improvement on our platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:

Strategy: Together with the Digital Marketing & Channels team as well as the wider Strategic Marketing & Digital department you develop engaging and performing marketing activities and digital campaigns.

Team Management: You will lead and develop the Digital Marketing & Channels team managing the continuous development of our digital platforms, campaign activities and marketing automations. Together with your superior you actively consult Brainlabs CMO in all digital manners and activities.

Consultation: You are communicative and actively engage internal stakeholders and department colleagues. You are actively seeking to consult stakeholders with your expertise focusing on the best project outcome and marketing impact for Brainlab.

User Journey & Experience: You are an advocate and consultant for the best digital user journeys and experiences constantly challenging the status quo of our systems and projects.

Continuous Development: Together with our digital implementation partner you develop and maintain a vision and roadmap for the continuous advancement of our various platforms and systems.

Project Management / Project Ownership: In your role you will manage bigger development projects in collaboration with our technical solutions partner and will act as a project manager and product owner.

Standards & Processes: You will develop and implement standard and processes for the optimal.

Analytics: You are data driven and have a keen eye for data
- You have a strong communicative personality and have successfully completed degrees in communication or marketing
- You have at least ten years of experience within digital marketing and account / project management
- You are a digital native able to develop and present a vision for individual channels and overarching user journeys
- You have successfully prepared and moderated various types of workshop formats
- You have managed / accompanied various digital development projects from an initiation phase to a successful launch
- You have extensive experience in developing digital strategies and marketing activities
- The use of digital communication channels comes just as natural to you as the use of standard MS Office products (especially PowerPoint)
- You speak German and / or English fluently
