Your Strategic Responsibilities
Collaborative Leadership
Orchestrate cross-functional partnerships to accelerate our sustainability initiatives
Coach and develop a high-performing team of environmental specialists & program manager
Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
Translate complex environmental strategies into actionable, organization-wide programs
Strategic Impact
Lead the implementation of our SCO2RE+ decarbonization program
Develop and track environmental performance metrics
Facilitate communication and alignment across business groups
Guide organizational transformation towards sustainable practices
