Corporate Reporting Manager

Finance Team - London Southbank

Hybrid Role

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Reporting Manager to lead our HQ reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Why We're Hiring:

Due to continued growth, we require a leader to manage our complex HQ reporting, ensuring accuracy and providing key financial insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop & maintain robust management reporting frameworks delivering accurate and timely financial information.
  • Manage & publish reporting packages within the Group's consolidation system (Flash, Actual, CSR, year-end).
  • Lead & develop a team of Senior Management Accountants, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A, SSC, and HQ controllership teams to ensure seamless reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements within a SOX control environment.

What You'll Need:

  • Qualification in Accounting or equivalent work experience (ACCA/ACA preferred).
  • Experience in a similar management reporting role within a complex organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of management reporting, month-end processes, and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
  • Technical accounting skills (financial analysis, data interpretation, variance analysis).
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and financial reporting systems.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
