Corporate Reporting Manager

Finance Team - London Southbank

Hybrid Role

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Reporting Manager to lead our HQ reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Why We're Hiring:

Due to continued growth, we require a leader to manage our complex HQ reporting, ensuring accuracy and providing key financial insights.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Develop & maintain robust management reporting frameworks delivering accurate and timely financial information.
Manage & publish reporting packages within the Group's consolidation system (Flash, Actual, CSR, year-end).
Lead & develop a team of Senior Management Accountants, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Collaborate closely with FP&A, SSC, and HQ controllership teams to ensure seamless reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements within a SOX control environment.

What You'll Need:

Qualification in Accounting or equivalent work experience (ACCA/ACA preferred).
Experience in a similar management reporting role within a complex organization.
In-depth knowledge of management reporting, month-end processes, and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
Technical accounting skills (financial analysis, data interpretation, variance analysis).
Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and financial reporting systems.
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
