Job Description- Manager - AR_Controllership, Myntra

Role Description: As a Controllership Finance Executive, role involves financial analysis,
revenue and collection with complete control over reporting of financial and non-financial
metrics. This role is uniquely positioned to provide holistic view of major streams of Myntra’s
revenue and receivable reporting, understanding of finance processes and Corporate function. It
also involves collaborating with large set of stakeholders like Bizfin, Leaders, Auditors, Product
& Tech teams.

Roles & Responsibilities (What you’ll do):
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Handle the accounting of invoices and collections.
- Invoice Processing: Raise invoices and reconcile them with accruals.
- Deferred Revenue: Manage deferred revenue accounting.
- Collections Accounting: Account for collections and adjustments.
- Partner Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts with partners.
- Receivables Ageing: Ensure receivable ageing is accurately reconciled.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide timely reporting of receivables on a weekly basis.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with business teams for finance-related discussions,
collectability assessments, and partner support.
- Receivables Monitoring: Monitor receivables closely and work with the business team to drive
collections.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and MIS with defined analytics and KPIs.
- Audit Coordination: Work closely with statutory and internal auditors to meet audit
requirements.
- Automation UAT: Participate in user acceptance testing for automation projects on a timely
basis.
- Monthly Book Closure: Ensure timely and accurate closure of books on a monthly basis.

Skills Required (What you’ll need):
1. A semi-qualified chartered accountant / M.com. with 3-5 years of experience or a
graduate with 6-9 years of experience
2. The knowledge of applicable taxes & GST compliances on revenue & receivable
3. Experience in working with Oracle
4. Analytical rigor and deep diving mindset
5. Good accounting knowledge
6. Collaboration and Team player
7. Flexible, adaptive and looking for automation

8. Preferred skillset in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, QlikView, Power Query, SQL
queries & other leading analytics and dashboarding tools
