The single most important attribute required is the passion for creating meaningful content; content which needs no help of paid marketing to promote itself but is strong enough to market itself; content which makes the reader curious/think; content which educated the reader; content which gets a smile on the face of the reader.
- To build and lead content marketing strategy for TalentPad
- To build content for distribution across channels like:
- Blogs
- Social (FB, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Guest Blogs
- SlideShare
- Quora
- Youtube
- Tumblr
- PR
- To hire and work with content ops executive and the designer to build and execute content & campaigns
- To build varied content across media types like articles, decks, images, series of images, video, infographic etc.
About TalentPad
Brief
Started in Feb 2014, Delhi-based TalentPad is an online marketplace for high quality talent, operating in the large online recruitment market in India. Started by three IIT alumni, it’s a second generation platform which plans to flip the current recruitment process on it’s head. It gives more power to the job-seekers and lets employers make the first move in search for high quality talent.
