Manager CoE Services

The Role:

As a CoE Manager  you will be responsible for leading a scalable consulting practice of early-in-career talent. This role is part of the Celonis Services Organization, reporting to the Consulting COE Leader in India.  You will partner with other CoE managers to contribute to  a globally-consistent approach and methodology to achieve successful talent incubation, employee engagement, and services innovation. To be successful, you need to be highly motivated, have strong initiative and be able to lead and motivate a team of consultants. This role is based out of Bangalore location, India and requires  working from the office.

The work you’ll do:

• Work with the CoE leaders and peers to define the early talent strategy, including the services to be delivered, employee profiles, enablement approach, career development, and relevant CS success metrics.
• Proactively manage hiring, attrition, productivity, morale, resource allocation, team motivation and enablement across your team
• Collaborate with the CoE & Service leader and our people to develop a repeatable and consistent early-in-career program. 
• Serve as a day-to-day people manager for a  team of consultants,  invest in their career development and overall employee engagement and contribute to a dynamic Services CoE culture.
• Ensure that the team is fully enabled and leverages the appropriate capabilities on customer deployments to maximise value of Celonis solution
• Support programs which leverage the talent we have in the CoE to successfully deliver successful implementation of the Celonis Platform to our customers.
• Work collaboratively with and influence other departments, especially Product, Sales and Value Engineering, to promote customer satisfaction and achieve business unit and company goals

The qualifications you need:

• Deep understanding of Celonis platform, it’s functionality and features.
• First-hand experience in a post-sales delivery role within Celonis.
• A top-performer with demonstrable past success achieving relevant targets and KPIs. 
• Strong Consulting background with 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience, including managerial roles. 
• Experience with knowledge management, delivery process, program management, enablement practices, methodologies etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to disseminate team goals, objectives, and metrics to higher level company Vision, Strategy and track the outcome.
• Experience managing teams working in nearshore/offshore delivery environments.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high growth environment and to approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
