Our Opportunity:

Project Management:

  • Ensuring client delivery excellence on own team on core client accounts.
  • Personally managing projects, and overseeing all project timelines, milestones, and successful execution & directly managing the most complex and high-impact projects & clients.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with dedicated clients and proactively engaging with clients through phone calls for scoping discussions, priority assessments, and gathering feedback on project execution for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring full compliance adherence and client contracts adherence.

Team Management:

  • Ensuring all team members adhere to the master process, maintaining consistency and quality in operations.
  • Providing continuous coaching to team members, fostering a culture of improvement.
  • Ensuring effective resource allocation strategies to optimize demand and enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conducting regular ( weekly/bi-weekly) performance evaluations with all team members, aligning with OKRs, to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Guiding and motivating team members towards common goals while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ultimately ensuring the team's success and individual growth.
  • Focusing on talent development initiatives to cultivate skills and expertise within the team and helping team members to find the most suitable career paths.
