Summary

The Change Management team is responsible for leading the implementation of change management initiatives including creating roll out and communication plans, preparing impact analyses, supporting employees, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and identifying risk mitigation tactics. 

This role will support the creation of repeatable process and delivery of large-scale projects that improve processes, provide efficiency, and support business growth activities. Additionally, this individual provides support to the Vice President, Operations and President, LiftOne on developing and leading through execution of the strategy for the LiftOne organization.

This position will report to the Vice President, Operations for LiftOne.

Essential Functions

Developing Plans:

  • Prepare impact analysis to evaluate the actual impact of changes
  • Assess change readiness of the organization against proposed changes
  • Create actionable deliverables and plans that address all aspects of change, including communication, implementation, and analysis
  • Prepare risk mitigation tactics and processes
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of key change management milestones and communication
  • Provide project management support to the change management methodology to major programs within the LiftOne Organization
  • Work with project managers, steering committee team members, and related stakeholders to align changes with corporate goals and desired program outcomes
  • Responsible for helping with content creation of sustainable playbooks/frameworks
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan

Monitoring and Tracking Progress:

  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
  • Ensure that employees are engaged and supported during the transition to new changes
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed by identify follow up activities and driving communications
  • Provide regular status updates to project and executive steering committee team members
  • Prepare and support ongoing organization wide communication needs
  • Analyze and prepare reports to help companies understand what is working and what is not
  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically and analytically and employ strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsets.
  • Define and measure success metrics
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with, 5+ years of change management and 3+ years of project management experience required
  • BS is preferred
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, relationship development, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present at the senior most level in the business
  • Team player comfortable working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, within a cross-border/virtual team environment
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is preferred
  • A willingness to embrace change, to keep an open mind
  • Willingness to Travel when needed

The noise level in some work environments is occasionally loud.
