McDonald’s Change COE is seeking a Manager, Change Management to work in partnership with the archOS transformation program.

Proper Change Management is a critical success factor to growth at McDonald’s. We are rethinking how we support Change at McDonald’s through the formation of a Change Center of Excellence (COE). The Change COE partners with leaders to enable the human side of transformation, ensuring people adopt the changes needed to promote the long-term success of our business.
archOS is a multi-year transformational program, aimed at standardizing, optimizing, and modernizing our technology stacks and business processes. archOS enables our Consumer & Restaurant Platforms. It is an enterprise enabler that will set the foundation to support McDonald’s larger digital ambitions and growth goals. This foundation will allow us to deliver capabilities at speed in a stable environment and will support new capabilities that are a part of our Digital Engagement Strategy.
