Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development and New Vendor Onboarding: Identify whitespace in the portfolio and develop
potential brands to achieve business objectives.
Business Metrics Achievement: Achieve business metrics of Revenue, GM, and CM. Taking appropriate
action if any of the metric is being not achieved and highlighting the risk in advance. Improvement in
catalog & inventory health, profitability metrics, and visibility metrics through pricing guidelines, selection
improvement, portfolio rationalization, etc.
Sourcing and Vendor Management: Must have knowledge of apparel sourcing to meet business demands
in terms of product costing, quality, aesthetic, and design requirement. Must closely work with vendors to
manage the execution and go-live timeline.
Operations: MIS and data reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as per requirement. Bench-
marking of Competition and industry best practices. Overall execution of day-to-day operations and
resolution of vendor queries.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in fashion apparel/fabric sourcing or product development,
and a positive outlook towards work.
Candidate must have completed Graduation. NIFT and Pearl preferred but not mandatory
Good communications skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional stake holders.
Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt as per the situational requirement.
Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines, taking complete end-to-end ownership.
Must work well in an unstructured work environment.
Active problem solver who can work with data effectively.
Great team player with demonstrated traits in previous work experience / projects.
Preferred (but not mandatory): E-com experience.
Willingness to travel 15 days a month to key apparel hubs such as Surat, Jaipur, Delhi, Tirupur, Kolkata,
Ludhiana, etc.
