We are looking for a Manager, Business Systems and Tools. This is a unique opportunity to build something from an early stage. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Sales Ops, you will work cross-functionally to support Wonolo’s growing business architecture. Many of our internal teams utilize Salesforce including Product, Sales, Account Management, Support & Marketing. This role is critical to ensuring that Wonolo’s teams have the technology, tools and resources they need to succeed.

What you'll do:
- Serve as administrator for Sales and Service cloud, which include many custom SFDC objects
- Coach, mentor and train a team of up to 2 direct reports to execute new and ongoing business processes
- Work cross-functionally to gather, analyze, prioritize, and refine Salesforce business requirements
- Create business analysis documentation including user stories, usage scenarios, process flows, data dictionaries, requirements traceability matrices, design documents, and project schedules
- Optimize Salesforce configurations to align with business processes, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency.
- Effectively manage Salesforce through maintaining objects, fields, fieldsets, record types, page layouts, permission sets, approval processes, user roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, workflows, and validation rules
- Maintain a consistent work ethic while working through diverse requests and an ever-changing startup environment
- Provide subject matter expertise for Salesforce platform, processes, and solutio
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions using Salesforce.com
- Salesforce Admin Basic is required; Service Cloud Consultant is a plus
- Experience with Apex, HTML, SOQL
- Solid understanding & knowledge of SFDC configuration including: Custom Object Relationships, Automations (Workflows, Flows, Process Builder), Lightning Experience (Classic helpful), Chatter / Macros / Knowledge / Einstein Bot / Communities
- Action-oriented. Experience with loading and managing sprint deliverables.
- Player-coach mentality, ability to guide and mentor others while leading and executing own projects or initiatives.
- Comfortable working independently in an extremely fast-paced high-growth team environment.
- An excellent communicator. Strong presentation, technical writing, analytical & communication skill
- Experience working with product, engineering or other technical teams

Pay Range:
- The expected pay range for this position is $119,300-$140,400/year. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, and years and depth of relevant experience. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Wonolo’s equity plan as well as a range of health and wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
