Position Overview:
The Manager – Business Support is responsible for driving analytical and operational support across the channel. This role plays a crucial part in shaping performance insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven strategies. Working closely with various internal departments to ensure all support services are aligned with the company’s broader goals, continually seeking improvements to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, including the design, monitoring, and regular review of key performance indicators.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and presenting reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive process optimization.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of performance data, overseeing data collection, reporting processes, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Manage performance analytics and operational support projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Align business support strategies with the company's broader objectives, ensuring cohesive operational performance.
- Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders on performance metrics, operational challenges, and strategic alignment.
- Lead and mentor the business support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Set and monitor monthly sales targets in line with annual channel goals, working closely with internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel planning teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive successful initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, achievements, and key insights to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Regularly communicate regional strategy and performance updates to leadership and relevant teams.
Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (as a minimum) in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field (advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred). - Experience:
Minimum of 05 years in performance analytics, operations support, or related fields. - Skills:
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau), project management software, and a solid understanding of data analysis and operational processes. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with industry-specific analytics platforms, familiarity with process improvement methodologies, and knowledge of industry standards.
