What a Business Planning & Operations and Strategy Manager does at Visa:
The successful candidate will leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis and research to drive the development of business strategy, support delivery of strategic initiatives as well as ensuring the successful operations of the cluster. The role will report to the Head of Business Planning & Operations for IPVMC and GC (Global Clients) and collaborate extensively with the IPVMC Leadership Team, market teams, Sales Excellence, Corporate Strategy and AP BPO teams.
The successful candidate will:
Enhance existing and build new data tools to produce rigorous, fact based quantitative / qualitative analysis and research to drive deep and actionable insights.
Assess IPVMC’s current-state business performance, evaluating pros and cons of the cluster’s strategic options, size future business opportunities, preparing detailed business case, etc.)
Clearly communicate and present data and insights to mid-to-senior management in an accurate and efficient manner
Participate in creation of robust account, country & functional plans; track/report progress against targets as part of regular business reviews.
Actively support execution by systematically driving the cluster's strategic priorities, OKRs and key account reviews.
Assume responsibility for sales pipelines in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring optimal pipeline management and tracking to target.
Assist with regular cluster business reviews by collaborating closely with all functions and markets to provide a holistic assessment of the business. Lead the continuous enhancement of existing processes and innovate new approaches to support the growth of the cluster.

What you will need:
Minimum 8 years of work experience, preferably with payments and/or strategy background.
Strong appetite for data analysis leveraging multiple data sources and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Team player with proven ability to work across cultures
Ability to participate in and drive buy-in across complex cross-functional and multi-market projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at all levels
A hunger for innovation and strong appetite for continuous performance improvement.
Solid project management skills and execution ability to deliver against tight deadlines while upholding and promoting highest ethical standards and mutual respect in the workplace
Ability to be proactive and adaptable, to prioritize and achieve goals with minimal management oversight.
Aptitude to source relevant information and facilitate timely decisions with tolerance for ambiguity.
Good command of MS Tools. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate effectively across regional and functional lines.
