Your Impact

The Manager, Business Operations is responsible for leading the Business Operations team, developing operations analysts, and ensuring timely and quality project execution.

What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership: Manages and mentors the Business Operations team, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. 
  • Analyst Development: Teaches analysts the business acumen, business process simplification, flow chart/process modeling, stakeholder management, basic project management
  • Project Leadership: Makes final determinations at project milestones to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations or related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in team management
  • Experience working with VP level stakeholders or higher

Even Better If You Have…

  • Experience in project management or operations analyst role
  • Experience in Jira/Asana and Miro or other process diagramming software
  • Strong knowledge of business operations concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Expert level process simplification skills
  • Basic understanding of enterprise technology system integrations and data integrations
