Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Manager who combines technical expertise with strong client-facing abilities. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, taking full ownership of BI projects. You are a 50% Manager & 50% Developer. You'll leverage your skills in Tableau and SQL to create impactful dashboards and insights, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets client needs and drives business outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between the client and internal teams, understanding business objectives and aligning BI deliverables to meet those goals.
Hands-On BI Work: Remain hands-on with SQL and Tableau to ensure data accuracy, high-quality analysis, and solution delivery.
Project Ownership: Take full ownership of BI projects, from planning through to execution and delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop insightful, visually engaging dashboards and reports using Tableau, delivering clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal data engineers, analysts, and other BI professionals to manage data flows, ensure data accuracy, and optimize BI processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within BI processes, driving best practices and efficiency improvements across projects.
Proven expertise in creating high-impact dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and complex analysis.
Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
Ability to work hands-on within the project while also leading and owning the delivery process.
