Manager - Automations
Role Overview:
Myntra is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Program Manager to
support initiatives aimed at enhancing Delivery Speed and Customer Experience
(CX) with 3 to 5 Years of experience.
This role is ideal for someone with around three - four years of work
experience in project management and a passion for driving improvements. The
successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, eager to collaborate with
teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
● Speed and Promise Planning: Oversee the platform's speed and customer
promise planning as part of the monthly logistics planning cycle, focusing on
order-to-delivery times.
● Myntra Configuration: Manage the integration and configuration of Myntra
across various systems and platforms.
● Non-Serviceability Management: Monitor and control platform
non-serviceability (NS) levels, collaborating with various stakeholders to
address issues.
● Project Management: Lead & drive new initiatives to enhance platform speed
and promise, with a keen focus on managing costs.
