The Role

Veeva Link envisions building connected data applications to improve research and patient outcomes. Link TrialBase is a product that optimizes protocol design with reliable, competitive clinical protocol design intelligence.
 
As the Manager Agile Operations, you will be the go-to person for all questions about the data operations regarding Link TrialBase. You will interface with product management, central data operations, software engineering, data science, data governance, and quality control teams.
 
To thrive in your role, you have an academic background or working experience in operations in a big tech company or a hyper-growth company. You work agile with a high degree of autonomy to drive customer success. Additionally, you are familiar with driving continuous improvements and processing excellence and are a leader who can motivate large teams to go above and beyond. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and can deliver high-quality results within a tough timeline. You are comfortable working remotely in an international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
  • Optimization of processes and development of best practices
  • Steering of meaningful KPIs to drive performance, such as efficiency and quality
  • Ensure high data quality and drive quality improvements initiatives by e.g., use of root cause analysis
  • Track and report on task progress and throughput
  • Cross-collaboration with other internal teams to ensure customer success

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing large-scale teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • A high degree of autonomy and agility and a proven track record of delivering customer success
  • Experience in developing scalable processes and fostering best practices
  • Experienced people manager with a proven track record of building dynamic and high-performing teams

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD
  • Lean six sigma certification
  • Exposure to software or life science industry
