The Role

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo intensive on-the-job training combined with lectures under the Investment Solutions Group over the 6-month period.

What we’re looking for

• With Master's Degree in Finance, Treasury, Marketing, or any related field
• Non-MBA graduates, including fresh graduates, are also welcome to apply provided that:
  * Courses taken are Business Management, Accountancy, Math/Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics among others
  * With high academic performance – Dean’s Lister or with Latin Honors
• Finance background preferred but not mandatory
• Assertive, confident, and able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work onsite
