We are looking for an Assistant to our Management Team - a team player with a solid foundation in the IKEA Culture and Values, a talent with the ability and willingness to grow and succeed within IKEA.

Job Description

As the Management Team Assistant, you will be an essential part of support and enable our business and people agenda to move forward. You will support IKEA Marketing & Communication management in various tasks, projects and processes and this role is a great opportunity to get insights into Marketing & Communication as well as the IKEA value chain. The learnings, insights and networks that you will receive in this position will give you a great foundation for taking on more challenging positions within IKEA in the future!
Main tasks and responsibilities:
The management team consists of the CFO, People & Culture and Communication Manager, Strategy& Plan Manager and the Managing Director whom you also reports to.
