The Management Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing the operational efficiency of BEES organization by enhancing management systems and workflows, improving and tracking the product development roadmap, supporting the PMO organization, and managing area financial budget. The Management Specialist is also responsible to strategically organize BEES Global VP’s priorities with his secretary. This position requires a strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. It is also important to be an active learner to bring outside information to our organization by assessing benchmarks and implement Product Management and PMO practices.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, monitor, and manage the budget for the assigned area, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing management systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures to promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration among teams.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure teams are equipped to utilize management systems effectively.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of current management practices, making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Assess current Product Roadmap workflows and enhance processes.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to track progress against the product roadmap
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders on product development status and potential risks.
  • Support the PMO in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Assist in the prioritization and resource allocation for projects within the PMO.
  • Monitor performance and compliance with established PMO standards and processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project delivery and governance.
  • Work closely with various departments, including Commercial, Product management, and Data, to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

What you'll need:

  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in budget management, project management, product development management, or operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a management consulting or business analysis role.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
  • Experience working within a PMO or in project governance roles.
  • Strong understanding of Product growth/ management processes and methodologies.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
