The Management of Change Coordinator purpose is to assist in identifying, evaluating and controlling the risks associated with facility change in a systematic, consistent and auditable manner. The process requires that proposed changes are subject to proper justification, review and approval before implementing and appropriate follow up is carried out to ensure risk introduced by the facility changes will be managed.
This position is responsible for:
- managing the change database, ensuring there is sufficient detail in the problem statement and the proposed solution to establish subject matter experts are able to complete a thorough risk review
- communicating and presenting management of change to site management for approval
- assisting personnel with entering management of changes into databases and moving them forward through each phase
- providing weekly reports to site management, site personnel and stakeholders
- providing management of change training
