As part of the team, you will work directly with the CEO and other C-Suites to accelerate your management career and leadership skills. You will own many high-impact initiatives across various pillars, including strategy, products and services, operations, and many more. Moreover, you will get a front-row seat to deep dive into the Tech industry.
About the opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Associate who is a dynamic problem-solver, impact-oriented, and naturally curious. As part of the CEO's Office, you will help shape Data Wow’s business direction, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead critical projects, and help ensure continuous improvement firm-wide.
You will receive exclusive coaching and mentoring from the CEO and leadership team to build all-rounded skillsets needed to tackle challenges in today’s VUCA world. You will also be eligible for job-related course sponsorships.
Accomplished Senior Associate is an expert in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, perseverance, strong business acumen, and a can-do attitude. A solid understanding of product development, relationship management, operations, and marketing is a plus.
The role may encompass:
Corporate Direction and Planning
- Work with the CEO to develop corporate strategy and action plan, ensure indicator alignment, build marketing and go-to-market plan, perform a risk analysis, monitor progress, and flag corrective actions
- Serve as a sales consultant by winning new businesses and growing sales through the acquisition of customers and partners
- Manage budget preparation, requirements, and review processes in line with corporate requirements
- Monitor industry movement and flag business gaps/opportunities
- Prepare and/or review high-level correspondences, proposals, research papers, presentations, and organizational communications
Strategic Project Management
- Own and/or support strategic initiatives across prioritized pillars
- Identify project scope, roadmap, implement a plan, and measures of success while ensuring sustainable results
- Conduct feasibility studies, business research, and analysis
- Support and/or facilitate the delivery of projects effectively and efficiently
Relationship Building
- Build and manage long-term relationships across the network of partners and customers for/with the CEO
- Communicate initiatives, plans, implementations, and follow-ups of related initiatives
Operational Excellence
- Support the CEO and leadership in organizational design, ensuring that structures align with business needs and growth objectives
- Contribute to people operations, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with finance teams to oversee accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives across operational areas, driving efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from leading institutions with 2-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, consulting, technology, or other related fields
- Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Passionate about Tech and Digital Products, such as AI, ML
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management, and product and product portfolio management skills
- Experience in digital transformation, digital product development, and sales, startup ecosystem, or scalability of disruptive digital products is a huge plus
- Experience in Sales and Business Development for private corporations and public entities is a plus
- Ability to handle stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment and get things done
- Obsessed about customers and their successes
- Proficient in English and Thai (verbal and written)
