MAXISIQ is seeking Journeyman Management Analysts to support the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) in executing rapid prototyping efforts and delivering advanced combat capabilities. Analyze organizational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting with implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This is a full-time positions located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with work anticipated to begin in mid-December 2024 upon award.

Duties involved in this role:

  • Assist in assessing the organization's structure, processes, and performance to identify inefficiencies or areas that require improvement. 

  • Contribute to the development of actionable strategies and solutions to streamline operations and improve organizational efficiency. 

  • Prepare reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential action plans for improving organizational performance. 

  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed operational changes and strategic initiatives. 

  • Support the implementation of recommended changes by assisting with the development of action plans, providing staff training, and monitoring progress during the transition process. 

  • Implement performance measurement systems to track the success of implemented strategies and ensure continuous improvement. 

  • Work with leadership to identify ongoing opportunities for organizational improvement, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to changing demands. 

  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure that strategies are aligned with overall organizational goals and integrated across functions.

Clearance Requirement: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.

Experience: 4-8 years of experience ln organizational analysis, project management, and supporting business operations. preferably within a government or defense environment.

  • Proven ability to analyze organizational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Experience contributing to successful project implementations, including assisting with project management tasks, developing action plans, and tracking progress.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to support operational changes and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Prior experience working with the U.S. Army or other military organizations is highly desired.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other related certifications are a plus.
