Barbaricum is currently seeking a Management Analyst who will be responsible for performing tasks that involve providing analysis and guidance to management regarding the assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale campaigns and initiatives. This role involves evaluating various aspects of these projects to ensure they meet organizational objectives and maximize outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Work with Subject Matter Expert (SME) to create or update existing communications plans.
- Edit content deliverables following AP standards and VA requirements.
- Manage and organize internal team scheduling, trackers, and project tasks.
- Establish and maintain QA/QC processes for continuous quality improvement.
- Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Change management: develop communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree.
- Eight years of experience in project management and strategic communications management; performing gap analyses of differences between current and targeted states; documenting and delivering findings and recommendations; and conducting surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and/or project planning tools such as MS Project.
