- Provide day-to-day technical support for clients using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 configuration, Power Apps functionality, and data integration
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
- Customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including entity management, form customization, and process automation
- Develop and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports to meet evolving business requirements
- Implement updates, enhancements, and patches as part of regular system maintenance and improvements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and suggest enhancements to improve business processes
- Document client requirements and design scalable solutions to meet ongoing and future business challenges
- Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal performance and security
- Work closely with the Managed Services, Project, and Support teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues

- Transitioning solutions from project implementation teams to Managed Services for ongoing support
- Contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives and best practices within the Managed Services team
- Identifying and implementing improvements, such as performance tuning and process automation, to enhance efficiency
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of their Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Monitoring and managing system integrations, data flows, and automation to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM development and support in a Managed Services or similar environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies
- Prior experience supporting and maintaining systems in a client-facing role
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), including configuration, customization, and integration
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), with the ability to build, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions
- Experience with Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Data Modeling, and custom connectors for Power Platform
- Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, .NET, and PowerShell for custom development and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
