As a Managed Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in…

  • Leading and managing the Managed Services team to deliver high-quality support and solutions to clients
  • Strategizing and implementing service delivery plans to enhance operational efficiency
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services department, including resource allocation and performance management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements and innovation
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring the team meets service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Developing and mentoring team members to foster a high-performance culture

In this role, you will be responsible for...

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Conducting regular reviews with clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service
  • Leading initiatives to enhance service offerings and improve client experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Managed Services or IT service delivery management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Experience in client management and relationship-building
  • Proven track record of achieving operational goals and driving service improvements
  • Experience with D365 CE and/or F&O
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
