JOB DESCRIPTION:
Current Norfolk Continental associates will enroll in the Electromechanical Technology class at NECC for the two year course for up to 16 hours per week, (hours will be paid by the company) and to perform a variety of duties involved in the installation, alterations, maintenance, development and repair of plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and structures. Associate will be required to attend classes & absences will be counted against attendance. Upon completion of classes Associate must obtain a passing grade & will be required to work 24 months in our maintenance department after graduation or will be required to pay back tuition cost & return tools to Continental or will be required to pay back tuition costs & return tools to Continental. Selected Associate will be paid $1 less than current wage.
