POSITION: Maintenance Technician
SCHEDULE: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday with on-call rotation to be determined
COMPENSATION: $22 - $25/HR DOE + On-Call and Quarterly Bonus

WHAT WE NEED:
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs on various systems
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years’ experience in maintenance
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposal
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
- HVAC Certification preferred
- EPA Certified preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
