This is a hands-on maintenance position at one of our self-owned and managed apartment communities, with guaranteed full-time hours and on-call rotation only once every 6 weeks!
This position does require building/property maintenance experience.

- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! (to be paid in full following 90 days of employment)
- $21 - $24/hour, depending on experience

What You Need:
- Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
- HVAC/Boiler troubleshooting skills preferred
