What we are looking for: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Indian Hills Apartments, a 158-unit community located on W. 13th Street in Wichita.
PAY: $21-$25/HR PLUS, quarterly bonus potential up to $1,000 per quarter, $100 a week on-call bonus, and a benefits package that is second to none.

REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc.
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance (with 1 Year specifically in multi-family housing preferred)
- Experience managing/supervising 1+ employees
- HVAC Certification with strong boiler knowledge preferred
- EPA License preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
- Bilingual – Spanish Speaking preferred
