Maintenance Supervisor

BonnaVilla is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the Chief team. Working in our indoor production facility, this position will supervise the work activities of the Maintenance staff. Monitor performance standards ensuring quality repair workmanship in a timely manner.  Request quotes and manage departmental spending.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Safety, Quality and Production (SQP) for the Maintenance staff.
• Maintain equipment maintenance, service and PM schedules.
• Instruct, train, discipline, and assigned work to employees.
• Organize, control inventory levels and assure proper storage and identification of maintenance materials.
• Property maintenance, snow removal, etc.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a factory setting
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of electrical up to and including 480 3 phase required
• Knowledge of welding preferred
• Knowledge of electrical hoist maintenance preferred
