JOB TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor

LOCATION: Fluor, Farnborough

SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri, 7-4, 8-5, 9-6 (rolling rota)

SALARY: Up to £46,000 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This is a working site supervisors’ position to efficiently manage and support the continual running of this high-profile customers operating environment on a day-to-day basis at office facilities based in Farnborough, ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of their day to day tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To liaise with the Helpdesk and Management Teams to provide excellent service delivery to our customer. Reporting to the ABM Account Manager and/or Contract Manager
• To ensure PPM’s are completed with a 100% completion rate to include statutory and non - statutory tasks
• To ensure all third party specialists are booked in when required and relevant paperwork is obtained, reviewed and saved
• H&S is absolutely vital at this site, so you will be required to have a good understanding of H&S
• You will have 2 direct reports to deliver this contract to a long-standing ABM valued customer
• You will be expected to participate in an out of hours callout rota for this contract
• Undertake routine, reactive and additional works where required
• Compiling monthly reports

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• City & Guilds Technical qualifications – Electrical and any other relevant Building Service related
• Previous Supervisory experience essential in managing engineers and specialists
• Experience with using CAFM systems
• Must be client facing – good communication skills
• Good IT skills – Intermediate level, excel and Word
• Excellent understanding of M&E Building Services
• Excellent skills required in keeping site logbooks fully up to date
• Dealing with a wide range of routine M&E and emergency building services activities

DESIRABLE:

• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification
• Authorised Person – Electrical / Mechanical / Confined Spaces / Working @ Height / LOTO / L8 Water Hygiene / Electrical and Multi Skilled desirable
