Maintenance Reliability and Training Director-Corporate
We are looking for a Maintenance Reliability and Training Director based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Greeley, CO! This person will direct implementation and continuous improvement of reliability programs and maintenance training programs in our Fed Beef plant maintenance departments.
Responsibilities:

Oversees the maintenance reliability programs for the Fed Beef Facilities to include:
- Development of consistent PM programs across the facilities
- Organizational structure of Maintenance Teams alignment to best practice and manpower utilization.
- Development of in-house support maintenance programs
- Alignment of maintenance programs to government required safety programs
- Reporting and resource management of reliability related programs
- Training development and succession planning of facility reliability teams
- 0 based budget development for plant routine maintenance programs
- Working equipment inventory
- Idle equipment inventory
- Root cause analysis of equipment failure and downtime scenarios

Oversees the maintenance training programs for the Fed Beef Facilities to include:
- Development of consistent Maintenance Training programs across the facilities
- Vendor assisted training
- Development and tracking of critical training KPI’s
- Development of equipment specific training
- Development of area specific training
- Collaboration of maintenance training and plant safety teams to ensure compliance to required safety training
- Continuous improvement of the Maintenance Training Program across the division
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil, biochemical or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years maintenance engineering experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience in maintenance management required
- Ability to read wiring schematics, electrical drawings, circuits, and computer programs
- Ability to read and write more than one language preferred
- Strong computer skills; including AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, people skills, and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management
- Up to 75% travel to plants and other JBS locations
- Must be comfortable in plant/manufacturing facility, possible long hours on feet
- 50+ hour weeks at times to include weekends

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment.
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays.
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule.
- Base salary range of $110,000-$137,000
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program
