Maintenance Electrician

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician to join the team at our Scarborough site.

Your Dream Role:

We are seeking a talented Maintenance Electrician who will take charge of various tasks! As the go-to person, you will perform both reactive and proactive assignments in line with our Facilities Maintenance Management System. Your expertise in fault diagnosis and prevention of breakdowns will be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for handling necessary installations. Join our team and showcase your skills in the world of electrical maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

Here are some of the exciting tasks you'll be doing:

  • Using your expertise to diagnose faults and prevent them from happening again.
  • Taking care of reactive maintenance.
  • Completing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Working safely according to risk assessments.
  • Collaborating with ADL Facilities staff to order and manage critical stock.
  • Performing electrical installations.
  • Supporting with general Facilities duties.

What you will bring:

  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Display a polite and professional manner.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrates initiative.
  • Familiarity with various types of factory equipment, including CNC machines, conventional machines, and associated plant.
