To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, we are looking for an Maintenance Customer Support in order to join our Technical department.
AOG and Unscheduled Maintenance
- Provide real-time technical support during AOG and unscheduled maintenance events
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and obtaining cost approvals
- Collaborate with OEMs and MROs to find timely solutions
- Oversee troubleshooting, part orders, and shipping with technicians
Scheduled Maintenance
- Lead project planning with clients, including upgrades and modifications
- Negotiate quotes and compare maintenance proposals
- Supervise maintenance progress and track costs
- Provide regular client updates and ensure budget oversight
- Conduct pre- and post-maintenance inspections
- Oversee flight tests to ensure aircraft functionality
Cost Control
- Control and negotiate additional work during maintenance
- Review and validate invoices to justify costs
- Ensure financial transparency by working with the assigned controller
