Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Excellence: Execute both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to achieve annual targets such as MTTR and MTBF, utilizing our standard company tools.

Predictive Maintenance: Implement Condition-Based Monitoring and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

Budget Management: Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control across all areas.

Energy Efficiency: Promote and support initiatives to reduce energy consumption through effective maintenance practices.

Spare Parts Optimization: Manage and optimize spare parts inventory to balance availability and cost.

Continuous Improvement: Prepare and manage investment budgets aimed at continuous improvement projects.

Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire the maintenance team to achieve high performance.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to drive improvements.

Standardization: Ensure the correct usage of company tools and methodologies across all maintenance activities.

Shutdown Management: Coordinate plant shutdowns and flexi days in collaboration with production planning.

Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with external suppliers and develop local suppliers in partnership with the purchasing department and Central Engineering.

Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the “Lessons Learned” and “Good Practices” database, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Technical University degree;
- Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing industry;
- Participation in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects;
- Previously Leadership experience.
