Weatherford is hiring a Machine Operator - Night Shift for our Greenville Texas manufacturing facility. This is a hands on, rewarding role where you will be producing producing quality and efficient products and tools for the oil and gas industry. The Machine Operator - Night Shift will be working within a supportive, inclusive team in a fast-paced, progressive environment. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator include:
- Review shop order packet for procedural instructions
- Perform and assist own setups of machining
- Use of inspection gages
- Check dimensions of parts and checking hold tolerances of plus or minus .001
- Complete work safely and within guidelines and policies
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machine
- Records quantities, material descriptions and job orders for reporting purposes
- High School diploma or GED.
- Mechanical aptitude
- 1+ Years related experience preferred but not essential as we provide training
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must be willing to work Night Shift(differential paid)
