We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in developing an AI-driven investment assistant. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms to deliver personalized investment insights through natural language interactions and LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements and implement them.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, and recommendation systems tailored to investment-related queries.
- Design and implement data pipelines for collecting, processing, and managing large-scale datasets required for training and evaluation of machine learning models.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning components into scalable and reliable production systems.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing activities to ensure the quality and maintainability of the software.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer and proficiency in Golang or TypeScript.
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and LLMs with at least 3 years of practical experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for machine learning development.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL), Event Processing Platforms (Kafka), and NoSQL databases (Redis, Vector databases).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
