- Develop and implement machine learning models to address specific business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to brainstorm and refine solutions.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient production code to support model deployment and integration.
- Work on optimizing models and pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Engage in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and continuously improve development practices.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of industry experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in data science packages.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Good understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Practical experience in one or more areas like Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Business problems, or Audio Processing.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and its application in machine learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
