As a Machine Learning Engineer or Architect (m/w/d), you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and technical leadership to customers as they navigate the complexities of ML solutions on AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to design and implement cutting-edge ML solutions that address the unique needs of our customers. We are dedicated to assisting customers in deploying ML and Generative AI solutions to unlock transformative business possibilities. We help customers in envisioning and defining the use cases that will deliver the highest value to their enterprises, selecting, training, and refining the appropriate models, identifying solutions for technical or business hurdles, creating proof-of-concepts, and strategizing the deployment of solutions on a large scale. Our team offers expert advice on best practices for applying generative AI in a responsible and cost-effective manner. 

In this role, you will engage directly with clients and innovate within a dynamic organization that is making significant contributions to revolutionary projects and technologies. Your role will involve advising clients on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional consulting services. We are on the lookout for exceptional architects, system, and software engineers proficient in ML, Generative AI, and other methodologies to design, advocate, execute, and refine cutting-edge solutions for unprecedented challenges.

What awaits you:

• Use ML and Generative AI tools, such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q, to provide a scalable cloud environment for our customers to label data, build, train, tune and deploy their models
• Collaboration with an international team of experts to develop, design, implement and refine scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for business issues using AWS technologies. 
• Directly engage with customers to comprehend their business problems, assisting them in the implementation of their ML ecosystem. 
• Opportunity to advise customers in building scalable ML pipelines AWS and how to set up MLOps.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Deliver workshops and presentations to educate customers on AI/ML concepts and AWS capabilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions using AWS technologies.
• Proven experience in AI/ML consulting or similar roles, preferably in cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified - Solutions Architect Associate, Developer Associate, Data Engineer Associate, Machine Learning - Specialty).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and AWS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
