Our client, a multinational BPO company, is looking for the next Content Moderator for a leading social media platform to join their team in Thessaloniki.
As a Content Moderator, you will be instrumental in keeping our online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. You will apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
- Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
- Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
- Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
- Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
Requirements
You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:
- Native or proficient level of Macedonian (C1 - C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
- Availability to work onsite
