This role enables you to
- Take a pivotal role in building, shaping and grow Netlights strategy offering both internally and externally by being actively involved in the strategic positioning of the team and Netlight as a whole.
- Leverage your commercial experience within M&A and Strategy and apply it into a high intense IT context to be the catalyst for commercial value creation.
- Being a key contributor in the M&A Advisory & Strategy team with high seniority and partner involvement with a direct exposure to the client and target stakeholders creating real impact.
- Being part of the entire project lifecycle, from active project engagement to sales, stakeholder management and strategy planning.
- Engage yourself to drive and be the bridge to Netlights other service areas to grow and create a collaborative environment.
- Use the role as a platform to not only evolve your advisory, strategy and leadership skills, but also to build competence and experience to take on interim roles, drive transformation projects, and working with state-of-the-art technologies at Industry leading tech companies.
- Develop your leadership management skills through coaching and mentoring internally.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master Degree in Engineering, Technology or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience within M&A, Due diligence and/or strategy either from consulting or operational position.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is required.
- International mindset, as you will collaborate with Netlighters and clients across offices.
